HELP i have been a ground worker for 5 years and have probably layed miles of drainage pipes. However i have been looking at my drawings and the drainage plans say i need to put 2 testing eyes???? i have looked on google and asked collegues but no-one knows can any body else help me???

Please note that testing eyes are also known as "Rodding Eyes".
