My New Extension - Alan's blog

I've recently completed my new extension to my house. In a few years i'm planning a self build but for the time being this project has been really exciting.
It comprised of a 2-storey structure which gave me a large open plan living area down stairs, 2 extra bedrooms on the 1st floor and allowed us to use the loft space as living space.

I had to consider the new suds legislation when relaying my driveway too which meant looking for paving which would allow the water to infiltrate into the water table.

My kitchen is really awesome - all integral and with an excellent finish.
