Opening an account
Save ££'s on materials - open a self build credit account!
If you wish to apply for a Wolseley credit account please download and complete the application form carefully reading our guidelines and terms and conditions on pages 2 and 3. This application form is saved as a pdf file and you will need to have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer for viewing and printing.
How do I view and print the account form?
- Click on the account application form image
- A pdf document will open up in a new browser
- To print the document click on the print icon
How do I download the account form?
- Right click on the Wolseley Account Form image
- Select "Save Target As"
- Save the Wolseley Account Form onto your computer, open and print it
Once completed you can do one of three things;
1. Post it to:

2. Scan the completed form and email it to selfbuild@wolseley.co.uk
3. Hand it in to your local branch
Please note: It will take around two weeks for your application to be processed and credit checks to be completed. Once opened you will receive a new self build account welcome pack with information.
